Junior Recruiter/ Tele Marketer

We are a leader in the Technical Staffing/Consulting Industry, with offices in VA, NH and NJ. We are looking to add Experienced and Fresh Technical Recruiters to work out of our Reston, VA Office. These are fulltime positions with a competitive starting salary and an industry leading commission plan.

Required Skills:

• Excellent command on English Language.
• 1-2 years experience recruiting or Marketing Candidates.
• Aggressive and a go-getter approach.

*Any prior experience placing IT candidates for Telecom, Insurance, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical I.T. contractors is a huge plus.

Masters or Bachelors Degree from a reputed College/ University

Should have excellent command on Englist Language (Written and Verbal)

Job Duties:

• Heavy internet sales and recruiting, using Dice, Net-temps, Hotjobs, Monster, CareerBuilders etc..
• Screen resumes for positions and maintaining resume database
• Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Account Managers
• Negotiating rates with prospective vendors
• Coordinating interviews and presenting offers
• Data entry work, downloading resumes into our resume database.
