Job description

eigenblue – We're building the future of engineering. A future where engineers build intelligent systems that solve complex problems, and work alongside those systems to bring their solutions into the real world. We solve complex, multidisciplinary engineering problems by combining deep human expertise with AI systems we build ourselves. Our proprietary AI models generate system architectures across software, electronics, mechanics, and applied physics - and our engineers stay in the loop, not as supervisors but as the decisive factor to bring those architectures into the real world.

As a Junior Project Owner (m/f/d) - Intelligent Mobility, you work on innovative technology projects at the intersection of Industrial IoT, AI, and Automotive. You contribute to demanding development projects with growing responsibility – from agentic AI systems and modern in-vehicle UX concepts to embedded solutions for intelligent environment perception across the entire mobility sector (on- & off-highway). Together with leading industry partners such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Knorr-Bremse, you bring future technologies onto the road.

Your Role

  • Analyzing our customers' ideas, challenges, and product landscape together with our engineering teams and research, and translating them into concrete technical solutions (PoC, prototype, MVP) and product visions
  • Planning and structuring agile projects with a clear focus on output and customer goals, design-sprints and iterative development, writing user stories, estimating effort together with your teams, and tracking key project KPIs
  • Using AI tools to quickly validate ideas: from rapid-cycle prototyping and testing to the transition into stable, real-world production systems
  • Facilitating internal and external project meetings (e.g. sprint reviews), determining what's best for each product, and supporting the management of these requirements with various stakeholders
  • Supporting sales activities: contributing to building and maintaining customer relationships and assisting in the acquisition of new projects
  • Motivating your teams, asking the right questions, and involving the relevant stakeholders for the corresponding technical or product decisions

    Your Profile

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a comparable field, and an interest in innovation projects
    • First relevant professional experience in a project environment or hands-on development experience in engineering projects (e.g. automotive, industrial IoT, embedded hardware/software) – ideally also gained through (extra-) curricular scholarships or student initiatives (Manage & More, CDTM, Digital Product School, TUfast, Think.Make.Start, AIESEC, Enactus, etc.)
    • First experience in an agile setup, including the methodical design of agile development processes, as well as testing, integration, and release processes
    • Active and efficient use of AI tools – in the development process and in daily work – along with an interest in trying out new things
    • Strong analytical and research skills, an independent, structured, and motivating way of working, and the ability to switch between an 80/20 mode and a careful, detail-oriented mindset as needed
    • A confident and friendly manner when interacting with various stakeholders, and business fluency in both German and English

eigenblue is colorful - We embrace and value equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity. Therefore, we welcome every application with pleasure!
