YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities you will be:

  • Design and deliver digital learning and training content
  • Support the internal KYC platform through incident tracking and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and knowledge repositories
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to align training and communications with operational changes
  • Support transformation initiatives, Agile activities, and change management projects
  • Coordinate meetings, monitor action items, and contribute to internal communications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Media, Communications or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant internship/trainee experience
  • Strong desire to understand KYC/AML regulations, client servicing processes, data management fundamentals and product incident handling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of e learning authoring tools or graphic design platforms.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Rush) and graphic design tools (PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Agile Mindset Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (daily stand up, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to work in Lisbon
