  • Generating and updating avatar videos, including localized versions for vendor validation and internal review.
  • Creating reusable video templates and supporting improvements to repeatable production workflows.
  • Producing non-spec video deliverables such as screen recordings, client-supplied video edits, simple cutdowns, and basic branded video outputs.
  • Performing basic audio editing, clean-up, renders, and file preparation to support the Audio Department.
  • Liaising with Media team members, Learning Managers, Project Managers, Instructional Designers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver work on time.

What we're looking for:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of audio editing, including trimming, noise reduction, level balancing, and exporting audio files for video production.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially around text, timing, audio sync, file naming, and version control.
  • Ability to follow templates, production processes, brand guidance, and technical instructions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple small tasks at the same time.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and responding to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills with professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and production standards.
