Junior Marketing Representative (Pet industry or food distribution)

·        Recruit and train sales team

·        Set sales goals, compare performance against goals, and adjust goals as needed

·        Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

·        Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members

·        Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast

·        Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

·        Cultivating a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest necessary corrective actions

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

·        1-2 years experience in sales

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

·        Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets

·        Good leadership skills

·        Good negotiation skills and secure profitable agreements

·        Experience setting sales goals

·        Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

·        In-depth understanding of CRM systems and best practices

·        Mastery of Microsoft Office
