Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by assisting with campaign execution, content creation, market research, and administrative tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and edit marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, and blog articles.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Support the coordination of events, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing database and CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
