Job description

Seasonal Position in Greece

Working in a professional kitchen in Greece is not about standing in the background and watching. It’s about stepping in when it matters.

Behind every well-organized kitchen is someone who supports the structure, keeps production moving and makes sure the details are handled correctly. That is where this role sits.

This is a seasonal position in Greece for candidates who already have some kitchen experience and are ready for more responsibility. You relocate for the season — but without the usual relocation stress. Your accommodation is arranged before arrival. Meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly in the resort in Greece.

Your role is to support the kitchen leadership and maintain smooth daily operations. You assist with preparation, coordinate stations when needed and ensure hygiene and food safety standards are respected. During busy service hours, you stay focused and organized. You understand kitchen routines and can work independently when required.

This is not a beginner position. It carries structure and expectations.
That said — you will spend your season in Greece, working in a resort environment that combines professional standards with a very different atmosphere than a traditional city kitchen.

You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will support and represent the culinary structure of the hotel.

If you already have kitchen experience and are ready to relocate for a structured seasonal role in Greece, this could be your next step forward.

Apply and join the kitchen team in Greece.

Requirements

You should already have practical kitchen experience — in a restaurant, hotel, catering environment or similar. You don’t need to be a head chef, but you must understand workflow, timing and responsibility. English is required to communicate with the international team.

Benefits

In return, you avoid rent and daily food expenses. Accommodation and meals are included. Your employment is legal and insured. Many candidates use the season to grow professionally while experiencing life in Greece.
