Junior Financial Controller (f/m/div)

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating decision-making through accurate financial information and reports. With a focus on reporting and closing activities, SAP data input, and investment processes, you will be responsible for requests from Finance Business Partners and support the day-to-day finance activities.

In your new role, you will:

• Support Business in the delivery of day-to-day finance activities, with a high focus on investment processes
• Input and maintain data in SAP and other reporting tools
• Support reporting activities to relevant counterparts about Finance Processes
• Support closing activities, including cross-company charging
• Be responsible for Ad-hoc requests from Finance Business Partners at Infineon Organizations

You have strong analytical skills, are result-oriented, and demonstrate high-quality standards. Your communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation with others and manage different stakeholders simultaneously. You have a proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field of study
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment
• Background in Controlling is a plus
• Strong Excel and analytical skills – experience with SAP FI/CO/AM would be a plus
• Fluency in English
