As a Junior Financial Analyst at Adjarabet, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance team by analyzing financial data, monitoring financial performance, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions within the gambling sector. Key Responsibilities

· Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses

· Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

· Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular reports for management review

· Work closely with operational teams to track and analyze financial performance against operational goals and

benchmarks

· Help streamline financial processes and improve efficiency across departments

· Support senior analysts and managers in strategic financial planning initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis

• Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software

• Previous experience or internship in finance or accounting

• Knowledge of English language B1/B2 is mandatory.
