Junior Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a highly capable and hands-on data professional who thrives on turning raw data into meaningful insights and business outcomes. As a Junior Delivery Manager in our Data Analytics & Data Science team, you’ll own the full journey — from understanding and cleaning datasets to uncovering trends, building simple models, and presenting actionable insights.

This role is ideal for a “doer” — someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on data projects end-to-end, while supporting overall delivery and execution within the data team.

As a Junior Delivery Manager you will:

• Data Understanding & Exploration: Get hands-on with new datasets — assess quality, understand structure, and identify opportunities and issues;

• Analysis & Modeling: Perform descriptive and diagnostic analyses; apply modeling techniques such as segmentation, clustering, and forecasting;
• Insight Generation: Translate data into business insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations;
• Storytelling & Communication: Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Delivery Ownership: Manage small to medium-scale data projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs;
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and data engineers/scientists to ensure data-driven decision-making;

• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ask the right questions of the data;
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data tools: Python, SQL.
• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools;
• Modeling: Solid understanding of analytical and statistical modeling techniques — such as clustering, regression, forecasting, classification, and other exploratory or predictive methods — with the ability to choose and apply the right approach based on the problem;
• Some exposure to cloud data environments (Azure, GCP);
• Some familiarity with modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, or fine-tuning techniques;
• Basic project delivery experience and agile working style;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks;
• Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to explain data-driven insights clearly;
• Curiosity, initiative, and a “get things done” attitude.
