Junior Data Scientist

IBM WatsonxOrders is a technology development group within IBM WatsonX. Our mission is to deliver advanced technology solutions that address real-world, data-driven needs in the Quick Service Restaurant environment. We are focused on using state-of-the-art Machine Learning, AI, and related technologies along with our client’s unparalleled scale to completely transform the customer experience!

We are currently looking for talented junior data scientists to join our performance analytics team at IBM Watson Orders. This team focuses on:

1.    Developing pipelines, reports, dashboards and frameworks that monitor and analyze performance of our AI Drive Thru Voice Agents
2.    Designing and analyzing A/B experiments to improve Voice Agent behavior
3.    Providing insights of the product performance in real time across diverse regions and stores
4.    Aggregating, curating and distilling data from various hubs to provide actionable insights to cross functional engineering, business, operations teams, both internal and client side
5.    Contributing data artifacts to improve the AI/ML product development lifecycle

experience in data science or analytics
•    Python and SQL experience working with big data
•    understanding of high-performance algorithms and statistics  
•    knowledge of data modeling, queries and understanding of different data structures
•    

Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline
