Junior Customer Service (Sales) manager

Ori Wedding Agency is seeking for the Junior Customer Service (Sales) manager to join its team. The wedding agency works with couples from all over the world. We specialize in both official marriage registration and weddings with different budgets. As of 2024, Ori is one of the leaders in the Georgian wedding market. Now Ori Wedding has expanded its reach to Cyprus and Greece.

- Sales of wedding and corporate events in Georgia, Cyprus, Greece, and other countries.
- Assist clients in choosing service packages.
- Calculate individual offers for clients.
- Conclude agreements and create invoices.
- Resolve emerging issues promptly.

Our conditions of employment:

Work in a cozy company office in the center of Tbilisi, Georgia.
Working hours: 5/2 from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 21:00 (but a job in the wedding industry sometimes requires answering clients on weekends).

Competitive salary (fix 1200 GEL + bonus, over 2000 GEL in general, first 3 months up to 1500 GEL).
Mobile phone compensation.
Corporate Health Insurance after passing the trial period.

It is important to us that a candidate:

Fluently and competently speaks Russian and English (at least Upper-intermediate). Georgian will be a plus.
Has a similar work experience.
Wants to develop in the wedding field.
Is sociable, friendly, patient, and able to work with a large amount of information.
Has an analytical mindset and is good at math and counting.
Is punctual, responsible, and attentive to details.
