Junior Construction Engineer

3NK Engineers & Architects is seeking a Junior Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about construction project management, and who thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

As a Junior Construction Engineer, you will assist in various stages of construction projects, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, gaining valuable experience in the field.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the execution of construction projects.
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and report on project developments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Help to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Internship or practical experience in construction is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
