We are seeking a Zurich-based Market Abuse Monitoring Specialist for our Financial & Capital Markets Compliance team. The successful candidate will support our insider monitoring and trade surveillance globally.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Serve as a trusted market abuse monitoring expert within a Business-Aligned Compliance function, responsible for alert assessments, reporting and escalation of potential breaches globally

• Deliver regulatory market abuse risk assessments, contributing to the detection and escalation of suspicious transactions across locations

• Partnered with international and cross-functional stakeholders, including Group General Counsel, Global Compliance, and key business units, to enhance the Group’s adherence to global market regulations and uphold robust best execution practices

• Continuously aligned frameworks with evolving regulatory requirements to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across jurisdictions

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or (Business) Law

• Professional experience in within a banking environment is considered an advantage

• Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, proactive and self-driven, and a deep sense of ownership and accountability

• Strong communication skills in German and English
