We are looking for a detail-oriented  Junior Procurement Manager to support our purchasing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in requests, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams.

Main Duties:

• Creating and processing purchase orders in the system
• Reviewing purchase requests for accuracy and completeness
• Communicating with internal departments regarding order confirmations and updates
• Tracking order status and reporting any issues or delays
• Maintaining organized records and documentation for procurement activities

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and process execution
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good command of the English language

The place of work will be at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
