Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing construction sites to ensure adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of construction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Previous experience in architectural site supervision or construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in project management software or tools is a plus.
• Based in Miami.
