Junior Analyst

Join our dynamic team at ALLIAD as a Junior Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data that drives our business decisions. You will work closely with logistics manager to support various projects and initiatives, aiding in the creation of reports and presentations that summarize your findings.

Key responsabilities would include :

- Applies and follows the contractual obligations, ALLIAD’s policies and procedures.

- Follow, apply, and maintain all ISO standards and requirements.

- To comply with QHSE policies and rules set by the company and to continually support the same to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

- Creating and designing specifications as directed by the logistics manager.

- Communicating with consultants and team leaders to log business processes.

- Keeping documents, schedules, and manuals, etc up to date.

- Assisting in the development of functional requirements to improve quality and performances.

- Managing requirements and helping troubleshoot minor problems.

- Compiling data and making reports that are to be stored in the rational tool suite.

- Assisting in the development of the test plans and test scripts.

- Performing prototyping in support of requirements definition or technical design questions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or any related field.

- Expérience in using BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document).

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Skilled in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence and Tira Agile delivery tools.

- Ability to multitask and manage data.

- Fluent in both French and English
