WATER QUALITY PLATFORM  

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat.  WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.  

Hach-TH Water Quality Platform, a part of the Hach Company, is a leader in manufacturing and distributing analytical instruments and reagents used to test water quality and other liquid solutions. In response to the rapidly expanding reagent in water test business in Thailand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water Quality Thailand Group as a Junior Accountant (AP).

About Role 

ROLE DESCRIPTION  

The Junior Accountant supports day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely transaction processing, and compliance with company policies. The role focuses on transactional accounting, documentation, and support to senior finance team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payment support, and receipt application

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents

• Assist with month‑end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

• Support bank reconciliation and cash movement tracking

• Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Logistics) to resolve accounting and documentation issues

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and local statutory requirements

• Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and electronic)

• Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3-5 year of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) is an advantage

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines

• Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
