About the Job

  • Accounts Payable Processing: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and pricing details. Collaborate with vendors to resolve any invoicing or payment-related discrepancies.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and documentation. Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the verification process.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors within established payment terms. Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions.
  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and appropriate documentation.
  • Vendor invoicing.
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records, both electronically and physically. Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents.
  • Assist in generating regular reports related to accounts payable activities, such as outstanding payables, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support as required.
  • Support the accounting team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
