Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior account representatives with managing client accounts and addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill orders promptly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients under supervision.
• Track sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
