- 3+ years of industry experience.
-Solid expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concepts.
- Great understanding of latest javascript libraries and currently hands-on.
- Experience in building javascript application from scratch.
- Ability to design for end users in a very different context
- Strong ability to debug complex web applications

Good to have,

- Work experience with one server side language/framework like PHP, Rails etc..
- Worked on fast faced startups and part of initial team
- Obsession with quality and customer experience - Attention to detail
coupled with ability to think.
- Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business
requirements

- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
