• Full responsible for shift supervisors’ team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost.
• Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.
• Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.
• Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.
• Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.
• Trains new unit personnel as required.
• Communicates for basic alignment with planning.
• Performs these and other duties as assigned.

What will make you successful:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar.

Language:

• English- Overall / Fluent (is a must)
