Jr. Specialist

I.   SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Assist w/h supervisor to ensure products are properly received, stored, and prepared for delivery to customers, and optimize the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations.

II.     DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they match the purchase order and meet quality standards.
• Storing goods organized and safely, using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating them in the SAP system.
• Well use SAP and ShipERP to facilitate the efficiency
• Participating in regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Participating in the planning and implementation of warehouse layout and design to optimize efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Package materials and shipping on time according to the planner's requirements.
• Issue production materials to support the production line. .
• Management of chemical materials

Good communication with cross function team members

VI.    BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• EDUCATION:  

Graduated from college  

• TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Familiar with customs bonded factory business.

2. Warehouse management  

3. Familiar with ERP system, SAP system is a plus

4. ISO14001/MSDS training
