Jr. Recruiter

Premium Technology Inc. is a financial, software/product development and information technology firm located in the heart of the New York City Financial District. Our focus is providing supply chain finance software solutions to a variety of banking clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support recruiting team with Full Lifecycle Recruiting.

• Source and pipeline potential candidates by using a multichannel approach (Job boards, LinkedIn, Monster..)

• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers; create job descriptions based on hiring manager’s needs

• Prescreening and prequalifying candidates properly

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates; maintaining a respectable image of the company

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews

• Updating candidate’s information by using internal ATS

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology

• Outstanding communication skills!!!

• Must be a go-getter, can’t be afraid to get on the phones or meet candidates in person!

• Must have an interest in finance and technology – Fast Learner!

• Ability to speak in Chinese is highly preferred
