We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Jr. Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Jr. Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by assisting in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.

  • Assist in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction projects
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
  • Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
  • Assist in the evaluation of contractor claims and variations
  • Participate in site visits to verify work progress and quantities
  • Help maintain accurate project cost records and reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Contribute to the development of cost-saving strategies and value engineering initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports and financial forecasts
  • Stay updated on local building codes and regulations in Dubai
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
  • Willingness to work on various construction sites in Dubai and surrounding areas
  • Professional certification (e.g., APC) is a plus
