Jr. Accountant-Auditor (Makati)

The Jr. Accountant-Auditor is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, validating import/export transactions, and serve audits to support the company's financial integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience working as an accountant or auditor in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with tax laws, budgeting, and internal control systems
• Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Verify accuracy of import costing and review customs documentation
• Ability to analyze financial data and compile reports for management review.
• Review inventory valuation and warehouse stock movements.
• Working experience in the Chemical Trading and Wholesale Industry is a plus.
• Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
