Job Description

可靠度測試計劃制定與執行:
設計並實施可靠度測試計劃,包括環境測試、壽命測試、加速老化測試等及進行壽命預估。
可靠度預測:
使用可靠度預測工具和模型,預測產品的壽命和可靠性指標。
測試數據分析與報告:
收集並分析測試數據,識別潛在的可靠度問題。
撰寫測試報告,提供詳細的數據分析與改進建議。
產品改進建議:
根據測試結果,提出產品設計與製造工藝的改進建議。
與研發團隊合作,實施改進方案確效驗證計畫,提升產品可靠度。
可靠度標準與流程制定:
參與制定並更新可靠度測試標準與流程,確保測試的一致性與準確性。
參與可靠度相關的內部培訓與知識分享,提升團隊的可靠度測試能力。
跨部門合作:
與研發、測試、品質保證等部門合作,確保可靠度測試計劃的順利執行。
參與產品設計評審,提供可靠度方面的專業意見。
