What You'll Do

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with repair and replacement options
• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
• Repair or replace water lines, drain lines, sewer lines, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and water heaters
• Locate and repair leaks and other plumbing system issues
• Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and DWV systems
• Read blueprints and plan plumbing layouts when needed
• Complete high-quality work while maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Build trust with customers by educating them on repair and replacement options

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, water lines, and sewer repairs
• Ability to present repair options and build value with homeowners
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
