Joomla Developer & Hosting Manager

Our client in the UK is looking for a Hosting Manager / Senior Joomla Developer / Technical Manager to oversee their portfolio of Joomla websites and hosting environment. The role will focus on proactively managing website security, Joomla migrations, plugin updates, and hosting maintenance to ensure the ongoing stability and security of approximately 250 live websites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Joomla websites and hosting environment.
• Proactively manage Joomla CMS migrations and updates.
• Monitor and maintain plugin updates and compatibility.
• Identify and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage cPanel hosting environments.
• Perform PHP version migrations where required.
• Support the design, development, and build of websites.

Requirements

• Strong experience with the Joomla CMS.
• Experience managing cPanel hosting environments.
• Knowledge of PHP version migrations.
• Experience managing Joomla updates, migrations, and plugins.
• Proactive approach to website security and maintenance.
• Website design and development experience is highly advantageous.
