Position Highlights:
- $10,000 recruitment incentive
- Flexible schedule: 14 rotating shifts/month, no overnights, no mandatory extra shifts
- Shift hours: 12-hour weekdays (Mon–Fri), 10-hour weekends (Sat–Sun)
- Autonomous practice with on-site physician support
- Collaborative care team: Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs (available all hours of operation), Phlebotomy, Radiology Techs
- Advanced equipment: Telemedicine carts and continuous vital sign monitoring
- On-site diagnostics: X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, lab services
- Direct hospital admissions when needed
