主要职责：

 

配合工程主管落实，执行下述内容：

1.   办公区域的电力，空调，专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；

2.   检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；

3.   协调设备供应商的现场整改工作；

4.   根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；

5.   设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作；

6.   办公区设备或家具的日常巡检及维修；

7.   其他客户/设施经理安排的工作。

 

要求：

 

1.   仪表端庄，举止大方，穿着得体，态度中肯；

2.   具有电工上岗证；有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先；

3.   会电脑操作，办公软件使用；

4.   具有电工操作，中央空调设备操作、维修工作经验3年以上；

5.   高中（中专）以上学历；

6.   有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读图纸者优先；

7.   具有积极主动地工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作；

8. 能接受周五&周六休息，周日-周四工作
