Job Description

1.設施維護與管理：
-定期檢查與維護公司內部的機電設備、空調系統、供水系統及其他設施，確保其正常運行。
-制定並執行設施維護計劃，預防設備故障，延長設備使用壽命。
2.設施優化與改進：
-分析現有設施的運行狀況，提出改進建議，提升設施的運行效率與穩定性。
-參與新設施的規劃與建設，確保設施設計符合公司需求與標準。
3.安全與環保管理：
-確保所有設施符合安全與環保標準，定期進行安全檢查與環保監測。
-制定並執行應急預案，應對突發事件，保障人員與設施安全。
4.資源管理與協調：
-管理設施維護所需的資源與物料，確保物料供應充足。
-與供應商、承包商協作，確保維護與改進工作按時完成。
5.技術支持與培訓：
-為其他部門提供技術支援，解決設施相關問題。
-培訓新進員工，提升團隊的技術能力與工作效率。
