Job Description

1.人才搜尋與篩選：
-使用各種招聘管道（如招聘網站、社交媒體、校園招聘等）進行人才搜尋。
-篩選應聘者履歷，進行初步電話面試，評估應聘者的基本資格和適配度。
2.面試安排與跟進：
-安排應聘者與部門主管的面試，並提供必要的面試支援。
-跟進面試結果，協助部門主管進行應聘者評估與決策。
3.招聘流程管理：
-確保招聘流程的順利進行，及時更新招聘進度。
-協助處理招聘相關的行政事務，如面試通知、錄用通知等、報到程式。
