Job description
【岗位职责】
1.通过电话或微信等方式及专业的话术向客户提供课程体系介绍，促成签约；
2.帮助学员和家长定制学习计划，能够合理规划促成二次转化；
3.以为付费用户提供良好的服务为前提，促进用户完成转介绍活动；
4.完成每月的销售计划和指标。
【任职要求】
1、有教育行业电销相关经验，行业经验优秀者学历可适当放宽；
2、年轻有冲劲，有赚高薪的欲望;
3、理解能力、表达能力、沟通能力强，积极拥抱互联网变化；
4、希望从事在线教育，喜欢和家长打交道，有服务意识。
