About the Role

岗位资格

• 大专及以上学历
• 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试
• 3年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）；无工作经验者，可以按渠道支持经理0级录用
• 熟悉保险及金融业务知识
• 较强的沟通协调能力

岗位职责

• 同网点职员建立良好关系，维护网点关系，达成既定的个人业务目标
• 组织网点培训和执行各类客户活动
• 协助理财经理达成既定的业绩目标
• 为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见
• 辅导网点理财经理完成保单销售和客户服务
• 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作
