采购主管

• Identify and manage a world-class supply base to support business objectives and company's product road maps.
• Negotiate best terms and conditions to meet profitability objectives.
• Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships that provide competitive advantages such as lowest cost, excellent quality and superior customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate industry supply trends. Stay on top of trend data of raw material supply and pricing. Analyze, predict and prevent adverse capacity constraints or material price increases.
• Survey and certify new suppliers in conjunction with Quality, R&D. Audit supplier conformance to quality, capacity and cost commitments.
• Be responsible for the purchasing activity for the projects.
• Keep the project going on with timely delivery and good quality requirements.
• Attend the advance Meeting of Projects and have a good purchasing control for projects.
• Support VAVE project after project kick off to achieve company best business practice , fulfil cost saving and hit cost saving and CI target of purchasing department.
• Continue tracking the projects and ensure good quality, timely delivery and smoothly handover after SOP.
• Represent and maintain Company's brand and values to the supply base with highest level of integrity and ethics.
• Understand and follow strictly employee handbook and Company policy.

What Do We Expect From You:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering/Sciences or other applicable fields.
• 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Purchasing /Engineering area.
• Good English ability.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Supplier and project management experiences.
• Solid product and market knowledge of mechanical, plastic, stamping or guide components.
• Good pushing ability , pressure management and high responsibility.
• Active, stable and reliable. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
