1.執行改善產品測試特性, 加強debug & improve test system的能力, 進而提升良率.
2.執行進行優化測試環境/治具, 進而降低異常發生&重測率.
3.依據DFM/C-flow & review process / FPYR, 讓新產品導入.
4.執行流程優化&標準化, 以及進行工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定.
5.培育團隊人才, 帶領團隊朝向設定目標前進, 取得最佳成果.
