1. 覆核各項財稅報告及資料，針對異常項目進行分析與採取因應措施，落實財務風險管控機制 2. 規劃及檢討財務作業流程，提升報表品質與作業時效 3. 了解全球租稅規定與變化趨勢，評估與建議公司整體稅務規劃，提升稅務價值與管理稅務風險 4. 統籌與管理各子公司會計政策與租稅政策，強化財稅務治理作業 5. 管理集團各項財產保險作業，確保公司財產安全 6. 提供與分析公司投資方案建議，確保符合公司營運及業務發展所需
