At Questo we are building some amazing products to change the way company and recruiters find and connect to the premium talents. We are doing some disruptive innovation while working on the vision to change the analytics in talent acquisition market. Currently in stealth mode. JOB LOCATION Delhi/Noida CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS *Experience with website development in the field of eCommerce/recruitment *Should be able to build Scalable Tech architecture *Hands-on full-stack development experience with startup *Strong data analytics platform *Strong hold in backend development and match making algorithms *Work with business and operation teams to understand and influence product vision and requirements *Previous experience of product design in job portal or talent pool startups will be preferred.
