We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad.

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, India
Shift: Night Shift (American Timings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Empathetic Candidate Engagement: Understand the needs and aspirations of candidates on the bench, providing support and guidance throughout their job search journey.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and align candidates accordingly.
• Soft Skills: Utilize your interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, understand their strengths, and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Night Shift Work: Adapt to working hours aligned with American time zones to effectively cater to our clients' needs.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and techniques to source potential candidates for different job roles.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless candidate placements and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech preferred) or MBA in HR or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with candidates and understand their career goals.
• Willingness to work night shifts to support American timings.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
