About the Role

You’ll be the face of Unlimited Biking — helping guests have an amazing experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they ride out.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role combining customer interaction, light operations, and teamwork. If you like being around people, staying active, and working in a fun environment — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in guests quickly and professionally
• Help customers choose the right bikes and experiences
• Upsell tours and add-ons (and earn more doing it)
• Set up bikes and make sure everything is ready to ride
• Keep the store organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Work closely with your team to handle high customer volume

• Flexible scheduling available
• Must be available weekends
• More hours available during peak season
