• Fluent English (you will operate in global conversations)
• Experience in consultative sales, advisory, or founder-facing roles
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem (VC, fundraising, structures)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems fast
• High ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do

⭐ Strong Plus

• Background in startups, venture capital, or fundraising
• Knowledge of U.S. tax / incorporation / compliance
• Legal background (corporate / VC law)
• Experience working with international founders
