Position: ServiceNow Consultant

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementations of ServiceNow modules—primarily ITOM, IRM, CSM, SPM and Service Portal. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while aligning solutions with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including IRM, CSM, SPM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
• Support clients with user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.
• Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Service Catalog, IRM, SPM, CSM and Service Portal.
• Proven ability to run client workshops and deliver user training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
