본 포지션은 장애인 직원들이 안정적으로 근무하고 성장할 수 있도록 지원하며, 사내 복지카페 운영을 담당하는 역할입니다. 또한 장애인에 대한 이해와 포용 문화를 확산하는 다양한 활동을 지원함으로써 모두가 존중받는 근무환경 조성에 기여하게 됩니다.

주요업무

장애인 직원 지원

• 장애인 직원의 원할한 직장 적응 지원

• 장애인 직원 대상 각종 행정 및 운영 업무 지원

사내 복지카페 운영 및 관리

• 원재료, 소모품 등 재고관리 및 구매 지원

• 바리스타 팀 운영 보조 및 필요 시 카페 바리스타 업무 역할 수행

• 카페 환경 정리 및 운영 지원

General Affairs (총무) 관련 업무 지원

• 필요 시 총무, 행정 등 사무 지원 업무

지원자격

• 사회복지사 자격증 소지자 또는 이에 준하는 장애인 지원, 관리 경험 보유자 (우대)

• 포용적이고 지원적인 조직문화 조성에 대한 강한 관심과 열정 보유자

• 카페 운영, 바리스타 관련 경력 보유자 및 행정 업무 경험 보유자 (우대)
