Job description

On-site, Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe). ~100 people.

Yours to run...

This Saturday, a bride you will never meet walks down an aisle holding a bouquet your team built by hand.

It cannot be late. It cannot be wrong.

Monday is her honeymoon, not your reship window.

That is the job. You run the floor that gets her flowers there perfect, on the day... alongside the thousands of other orders shipping that same week.

What Sola Wood Flowers is...

We make better flowers for less: affordable, eco-friendly wooden flowers. They now show up in more than 6% of American weddings a year.

Zero to ~100 people in under 4 years.

Now we are building the modernized, vertically-integrated platform north of 100mm across DTC, owned retail, and wholesale. Everything handcrafted. All of it going into real weddings.

Who this is not for

Genuine will-to-win. No work is beneath us. Do more with less, fast. We make decisions with data (the only fight is how to read it).

No politics, no busy work, no corporate chicanery.

This is not a stress-free corporate 9-to-5. Demanding pace, long hours.

If you would not know what to do with the free time anyway... keep reading.

Why you would want it

You build the operation. You do not warm a seat.

Smart people, low drama, real ownership. You win when we win, and we back that with a clear comp philosophy (not a title).

And here is the part most operators never get.

You run the floor on an AI-native ERP. Ask it a question in plain English and get the answer... no SQL, no ticket, no waiting three days on an analyst. Need a tool that does not exist yet? Build and launch it yourself, no developer required.

Real-time data. A modern WMS.

Most operators spend their careers fighting legacy software. Here a good operator gets real leverage instead.

What you own, and the day

  • Run manufacturing, custom wedding builds, and eCommerce fulfillment as one operation.
  • Hit or beat KPIs: throughput, on-time ship, quality, cost per unit.
  • Protect on-time delivery on every wedding order. Fixed date. No do-over.
  • Balance bespoke bridal builds against high-volume pick, pack, ship.
  • Walk the floor at 7am. Catch the bottleneck before it costs a ship day.
  • Lead and develop ~100 people. Grow your supervisors.
  • Live lean and kaizen. Cut waste. Own the HR and admin load too.
  • Feed product real signal on packaging, materials, buildability.

What you need

  • Managed ~75 to 100-plus people, and owned the number when it got missed.
  • Hands-on lean manufacturing and kaizen.
  • Comfortable inside ERPs and a WMS.
  • On-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong with data (Excel/Sheets, VLOOKUP included).
  • Willing to jump into any corner of the business.
  • Able to provide references.

How hiring works

A short soft interview. Then a long-form live technical interview, because we will not waste your time or ours on a mishire.

We set your KPIs and targets together, up front.

We run on EOS and Traction (Scaling Up and OKRs adjacent), and we will walk you through the long-term vision.

Average time-to-hire: about 8 to 10 days.

Somewhere, a bride is counting on this floor running right. Soon, so are we. Come run it.
