Job description

Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Website Manager to join our team.

As our Website Manager, you'll own the day-to-day of our eCommerce site.

This role is based in Mexico and is fully remote. You'll work US hours (or heavily overlapping) with our US-based team.

We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 10 years of work experience. Experience in/around DTC & eCommerce (especially Shopify) is strongly preferred.

Who are we?

At Sola Wood Flowers, we are transforming what artificial flowers can be by providing better flowers for less with our affordable eco-friendly wooden flowers, and currently serve over 6% of American weddings annually.

We're working towards building a modernized $100mm+ vertically-integrated platform selling through direct-to-consumer, owned retail and traditional wholesale channels.

What is our culture like & who is a good fit?

Culture-fit is our #1 factor when hiring!

We have a genuine will-to-win. No work is beneath us if it moves us towards our goals.

We utilize creativity to do more with less - and quickly.

We use data to make decisions. The only "arguments" we get in are about how we should be collecting data, and how we should be analyzing it.

We love learning - every problem is an opportunity to grow.

If you want a stress-free corporate 9-5 job, this isn't it.

If you want to:

Shape a fast-growing company - and scale it to $100mm+.

Drive results with a group of passionate, smart & hardworking fun people.

Work in an environment without politics, busy work, or corporate chicanery.

Participate meaningfully in our growth with an excellent compensation package that is clearly defined via our compensation philosophy.

Then you have come to the right place.

Key Objectives:

  • Work with our dev team to ensure the website is functioning as it should, and roll out improvements.
  • Own our product catalog end to end: list new products, keep titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, and inventory accurate and in sync.
  • Assist with the build out and maintenance of landing pages for our paid campaigns, working hand-in-hand with the media buying team.
  • Merchandise the store: homepage, collections, navigation, seasonal refreshes, search & filtering.
  • Build, QA, and launch promotions: flash sales, discount codes, BOGO, and sampler flows, so nothing breaks at launch.
  • Assist the team in pulling data and putting together recurring reports
  • Use data and session recordings to find friction, run A/B tests, and continuously improve the site.
  • Launch new products
  • Assist the team with building out AI powered workflows.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, written & verbal.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience. You've built pages, listed products, set up discounts, and managed apps and themes yourself.
  • Comfortable in the marketing stack: Meta Ads/analytics, GA4, Clarity or similar, Klaviyo, and landing-page/page-builder tools.
  • Excellent with data. You can pull numbers, build a clean report, etc. Basic Excel/Sheets fluency (VLOOKUP, pivots) will be tested.
  • Detail-obsessed. You QA your own work across devices and browsers and you catch the broken pixel, the wrong price, or the dead link before it goes live.
  • No problem jumping into any part of the business. You are eager and ready to learn!
  • Are able to provide references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mishire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.
  • No issue working long hours when needed or on holidays for critical sale periods. IE Black Friday.
  • Excellent cultural fit as per our values above.

Apply now and hear from us quickly. We look at all applicants!
