Основні обов'язки

  • Впровадження, підтримка та вдосконалення програм з охорони праці, безпеки та екології відповідно до законодавчих та корпоративних вимог.
  • Проведення аудитів, інспекцій та оцінки ризиків на виробництві.
  • Розслідування інцидентів, нещасних випадків і потенційно небезпечних ситуацій, визначення причин та впровадження запобіжних заходів.
  • Проведення тренінгів та навчань з питань охорони праці та безпеки для співробітників.
  • Контроль дотримання екологічних вимог, управління відходами та відповідної документації.
  • Ведення звітності та документації у сфері EHS.
  • Участь у плануванні та проведенні заходів з аварійного реагування.
  • Співпраця з виробничими та інженерними командами для інтеграції принципів безпеки в робочі процеси.
  • Участь у проєктах із безперервного вдосконалення показників безпеки та екології.

Вимоги:

  • Вищу освіту за напрямом охорони праці, екології, хімічної інженерії або суміжною спеціальністю.
  • Досвід роботи в EHS-напрямку від 3 років у виробничому середовищі.
  • Знання вимог охорони праці, промислової та екологічної безпеки.
  • Досвід проведення аудитів, оцінки ризиків та розслідування інцидентів.
  • Відмінні комунікаційні навички та вміння проводити навчання.
  • Рівень англійської мови не нижче Intermediate (B1).
  • Впевнене володіння Microsoft Office.

Буде перевагою :

  • Міжнародні сертифікації у сфері EHS (CSP, CIH, CHMM, NEBOSH, IOSH або аналогічні).
  • Досвід роботи з системами ISO 14001 та ISO 45001.
  • Досвід роботи на підприємствах електронної або іншої виробничої галузі.
