Ми шукаємо Техніка зі збірки та обслуговування конструкцій, який відповідатиме за виготовлення, монтаж та підтримку виробничих конструкцій (робочі станції, візки, стелажі, допоміжні конструкції) на виробничому майданчику UZH.

Роль передбачає тісну взаємодію з Industrial Engineering та виробництвом для впровадження ефективних, ергономічних і стандартизованих рішень.

Основні обов’язки

• Збірка конструкцій із модульних компонентів (алюмінієві профілі, кріплення, механічні елементи) відповідно до креслень та стандартів
• Монтаж і встановлення робочих місць, стелажів, транспортних та допоміжних конструкцій у виробничих зонах
• Регулювання, юстування та доопрацювання конструкцій під фактичні умови лінії
• Обслуговування та ремонт існуючих конструкцій (переробки, підсилення, заміна елементів)
• Участь у впровадженні нових робочих місць (нові лінії, зміни layout, зміна потужностей)
• Читання та робота з технічною документацією, кресленнями та специфікаціями
• Взаємодія з IE, Quality та Production для вирішення технічних питань і оптимізації рішень
• Внесення пропозицій щодо покращення:
  • ергономіки робочих місць
  • стабільності та надійності конструкцій
  • стандартизації рішень
• Підтримка 5S у зоні складання конструкцій
• Ведення базової документації (зміни, модифікації, використані матеріали)
• Дотримання вимог безпеки при роботі з інструментом і конструкціями

Вимоги до кандидата

• Досвід роботи у збірці конструкцій, монтажі або подібній технічній діяльності
• Практичні навички роботи з модульними системами (профілі, кріплення, механічні вузли)
• Вміння читати технічні креслення та інструкції
• Досвід роботи з ручним та електроінструментом
• Базові знання механіки (вирівнювання, жорсткість конструкцій, кріплення)
• Уважність до деталей та орієнтація на якість
• Вміння працювати в умовах виробництва та швидко реагувати на запити лінії
• Командна взаємодія та комунікація
