As a Job Coach, you'll empower people to build confidence, develop skills and take steps towards employment. You'll be part of a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, making a positive impact in local communities every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships and motivate clients throughout their employment journey
  • Help clients develop confidence, skills and job readiness
  • Connect clients with employment opportunities through local employers and our Employer Engagement team
  • Support people to maintain employment and overcome challenges
  • Work with community partners and support services to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements
