1. 建築物機電、消防、空調...等五大管線完工檢驗品質測試
2. 檢驗報告撰寫
3. 具備機電相關證照
ex.自來水管配管技術士、工業配線技術士、室內配線技術士、用電設備檢驗技術士、甲種電匠、高考消防設備師、特考消防設備士等，上述證照擇一即可。
-土木、建築、機電系所畢，具二年以上品管相關經驗尤佳
-具品管工程師證照尤佳，如無需參加訓練取得證照
-主要工作地點以楠梓科技園區或南科為主
